In this workshop you will learn everything about the sensory aspect on coffee.
Learn how to taste coffee and discover all the different kinds of flavours and aromas you can find in coffee. The workshop is aimed at beginners, no existing knowledge is required.
We cover some basic theoretical knowledge but mostly focus on the practical side of tasting and assessing different types of coffee.

- How different types of coffee and processing methods taste like.
- What are the different flavours and aromas we can find in coffee.
- How to assess coffee like a professional and how to put words on what you are experiencing and tasting ( acidity, bitterness, body, aftertaste etc. )
