LATTE ART BEGINNERS
In this workshop you learn how to top off your cappuccinos and other milk drinks with beautiful latte-art patterns with creamy steamed milk.
We first teach the correct handlings to steam and pour perfect micro foam and then move on to creating hearts, tulips and rosettas.
In this workshop you will learn:
- How to stretch and aerate milk for perfect microfoam
- How to position your steamwand and pitcher
- How to pour and position your cup
- How to create contrast and have a symmetrical pattern
- How to pour a heart, tulip and rosetta
