

In this workshop you will learn how to use an espresso machine to make all kinds of espresso and milk based drinks.
The workshop is aimed at beginners, no existing knowledge is required but preferably you have attended our Intro to Coffee workshop. We cover some basic theoretical knowledge but mostly focus on the practical side of making great espressos and cappuccino's.
In this workshop you will learn:
- How to use a semi automatic espresso machine (grind, tamp, extract, steam milk)
- How to make different drinks (espresso, long black, cappuccino, flat white)
- How to program the grinder and volumetrics to achieve the right recipe and taste
- How to steam microfoam milk and pour cappuccino's
We use Sage machines so you can replicate your knowledge at home.
